Umidjan “Luke” Lukmanov is the founder and owner of CarrierOS AI and the operator of Falcon Freight LLC. His work in transportation operations shaped CarrierOS AI around the real tasks small carriers handle every week: broker emails, rate confirmations, dispatch, load documents, invoices, driver settlements, and reporting.

Before creating CarrierOS AI TMS, Luke worked directly with drivers, dispatchers, brokers, PODs, invoices, and settlement review. That experience showed how much time carriers lose when paperwork, documents, billing, and fleet records are spread across disconnected tools.
