Before you start
- The load should be delivered or near delivery.
- Know the load number, broker, driver, or delivery date.
- Have the POD file, photo, or BOL ready if it was received.
Step-by-step instructions
- From the left menu, open Operations > Dashboard and check Missing PODs.
- From Operations > Loads, filter delivered or POD status loads.
- From Operations > Loads, click View load on the load you want to update.
- Review attached documents.
- Upload or attach the POD, BOL, or delivery document.
- Confirm the load can move to billing review.
